Amy Jo Holley is an associate in the Firm’s Morgantown, West Virginia, office where she practices in the Administrative Practice Group.
Ms. Holley received her Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law in May 2010, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Ms. Holley participated in the Federal Judicial Externship Program, externing for the Honorable Judge Robert B. King of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. She also served as an editor of the West Virginia Law Review, Service Chair of the Student Bar Association (2008‑09) and a class representative on the Ethics Committee (2009‑10).
Ms. Holley graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University with Bachelors of Arts in history and political science in May 2007. She was a West Virginia University Foundation Outstanding Senior and an Eberly Scholar. During her undergraduate years, she served as President of the National Exemplary Scholars in Service and was inducted into numerous honoraries. Ms. Holley worked as a Herndon Legislative Fellow for the West Virginia Legislature during the 2005 legislative session. She also interned in the West Virginia Governor’s Office of General Counsel.
