Karina R. Kendrick is an associate in the Firm's Labor and Employment and Industrial, Environmental and Complex Litigation Practice Groups where she focuses on labor and employment matters involving employment discrimination and harassment, wage and hour issues, deliberate intent litigation and professional liability.
Ms. Kendrick earned her Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law in May 2011, graduating Order of the Coif. During law school, she was executive editor of the Article Selection & Symposium for the West Virginia Law Review and Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. She was also the recipient of the West Virginia University Board of Trustees Scholarship and the CALI Excellence Award for Evidence & Entertainment Law.
Ms. Kendrick graduated summa cum laude from Glenville State College in May 2008, with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice. While obtaining her undergraduate degree, she was a four‑year member and captain of the Glenville State College women’s basketball team and member of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee.
Her professional involvement includes member of the Women’s Energy Network, American Inns of Court and Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia.
