John S. Zakhem is a Member in the Denver office of Jackson Kelly PLLC. Mr. Zakhem is a member of the Commercial Law Practice group where he focuses on the representation of business and real estate owners in the areas of labor and commercial litigation, corporate and business law, real estate development and finance, government affairs election law and campaign finance, professional/medical practices, mergers and acquisitions and private‑placement securities offerings.
In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Mr. Zakhem also provides both construction counseling and litigation support to owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

A 1998 graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Mr. Zakhem is an active member of Denver's legal community. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers® magazine in the practice area of of business law since 2009 and by The Best Lawyers in America® in the practice area of Government Relations since 2011. He was a member of the Colorado Statesman's inaugural class of 50 for the Future.
