Ross J. Watzman is Counsel in the Firm’s Denver, Colorado, office practicing with the Occupational Safety and Health Practice Group. Mr. Watzman focuses his practice on Occupational Safety and Health and Employment Law. He advises clients on a wide range of issues including compliance with health and safety laws and regulations at the federal and state levels. He frequently counsels clients facing government investigations. Mr. Watzman has experience with administrative appeals, complex litigation, and settlement negotiations. He often relies on and leverages from his engineering background to understand and address client issues.

Mr. Watzman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biological resource engineering from the University of Maryland in 2007. He then received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2011.
