Erin R. Stankewicz is an associate in the Firm's Labor and Employment Practice Group of the Litigation Department.

Ms. Stankewicz has been admitted to the West Virginia Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit. Ms. Stankewicz received her Juris Doctor from the Duquesne University School of Law in June 2006. While in law school, Ms. Stankewicz served as senior staff for the Business Law Journal and was a full-time student while maintaining full-time professional employment. Ms. Stankewicz also served as an intern with the Honorable Mary Jane Bowes.

Ms. Stankewicz received an Associate's degree in specialized business from the Western School of Health & Business Careers. She graduated in 2000 with a 4.0 GPA. In 2002, Ms. Stankewicz graduated magna cum laude from Point Park College with a Bachelor of Arts in legal studies.

Ms. Stankewicz is active in civic activities.  She currently is on the committee for the Jackson Kelly Education Elevators Program and volunteers as an "Elevator" at an intercity elementary school, Piedmont Elementary.
