David M. Flannery writes Guest Column in Law360 about CCS projects nationwide

David M. Flannery, was recently featured as a guest columnist in Law360. His column, "Developing CCS Projects Nationwide", was released on January 15, 2010 and gives a brief overview of regulatory and legislative actions being taken by the states to address the current development of carbon capture and sequestration projects across the country. Flannery is Member of Jackson Kelly in the firm's Charleston, W.Va., office and manager of the environmental department. He is also a member of the West Virginia CCS Working Group that has the responsibility for recommending the future development of CCS regulatory programs in West Virginia.
