Christopher G. Peterson is an associate of the Firm, resident in the Denver office, where his practice focuses on Occupational Safety and Health and Mine Safety and Health.

Mr. Peterson represents general industry and mining clients in a variety of matters under the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act and other state and federal safety and health statutes including compliance issues, policy, legislative and regulatory matters, civil and criminal enforcement issues, accident investigation and discrimination claims on both state and federal levels.

Mr. Peterson's litigation practice encompasses matters ranging from pre-trial discovery to post-trial appeals. A natural public speaker, Mr. Peterson has also presented innovative training for supervisory employees under the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act.

Mr. Peterson is licensed to practice law in Colorado and is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.
