Martha M. Nepa Hall is Counsel in the Firm's Tax Practice Group practicing in estate and tax planning. Ms. Hall has been admitted to the West Virginia Bar, the Pennsylvania Bar, U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the West Virginia State Bar Probate Law Committee.

Ms. Hall is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Prior to attending law school, she practiced for eighteen years as a Certified Public Accountant in the tax departments of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart LLP and Arthur Andersen & Co. in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Her primary practice areas as a Certified Public Accountant were estate planning and taxation relating to individuals, estates, trusts and charitable organizations.

Ms. Hall graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and business administration, and she obtained her Master of Professional Accountancy from West Virginia University. In 2002, she received her Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law, where she was elected to Order of the Coif and served as an editor for the West Virginia Law Review.
