Lindsay D. Petrosky is a Member in the Health Care and Finance Practice Group and the Commercial Law Practice Group where she focuses primarily on health care and corporate transactional matters. Ms. Petrosky advises health care clients in a variety of matters including general business issues, regulatory and compliance under HIPAA, Stark, Anti-Kickback and other state and federal laws as well as Certificate of Need and professional board issues.

Ms. Petrosky has been involved with a number of corporate transactions representing both purchasers and sellers in various industries. Her corporate and transactional experience ranges from conducting large scale due diligence to advising clients on general business and corporate law matters. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Ms. Petrosky is the chair of the Firm's Data Privacy and Security team. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Center for Organ Recovery & Education (CORE) and is chair of CORE's Governance Committee.

Ms. Petrosky earned her Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law in 2008, with an emphasis on coursework in health care and litigation. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from West Virginia University. In addition, she earned a minor in English and was a member of the Honors College. During law school, Ms. Petrosky served as a research assistant to three law professors; during her second year of law school, she served as the Graduate Assistant for WVU's New Student Orientation Program, where her responsibilities included organizing Mountaineer Visitation Days and New Student Orientation.
