Candice M. Harlow is an associate in Jackson Kelly's Charleston, West Virginia, office practicing in the Health Care and Finance Practice Group.

Ms. Harlow graduated, Order of the Coif, from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2014. She is a cum laude graduate of Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia, where she majored in political science and minored in philosophy of religion. While in law school, she served as an Editor of the West Virginia Law Review for Volumes 115 and 116 and participated in the United States Supreme Court Law Clinic.
