Susan R. Snowden is Counsel with the Firm in the Martinsburg, West Virginia, office. She is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Snowden focuses her practice in the areas of class action and insurance defense work, employment law and a variety of environmental matters.

Ms. Snowden has litigated cases involving multi-party catastrophic injury claims, third-party claims, bad faith claims, commercial and contract disputes and employment-related issues, as well as matters of first impression on insurance claims and contracts. She counsels clients in the areas of arson, fire loss and investigation, construction insurance law and litigation involving the administration of estates and appointment of guardians and conservators.

Ms. Snowden earned a Bachelor of Science in political science from Shepherd University in 1982. She received her Juris Doctor in 1985 from Ohio Northern University, Pettit College of Law.
