Benjamin J. Wilson is an associate practicing with the Transactional Practice Group in the Charleston, West Virginia, office.

Mr. Wilson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in parks, recreation, and tourism resources from Michigan State University in 2008. He received his Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law in 2017. While in law school, Mr. Wilson was Research Assistant to Professor Jennifer Oliva and Teaching Assistant to Professor Jessica Haught. He was Editor in Chief of the West Virginia Law Review. Mr. Wilson was also a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Clinic, and he additionally participated in an independent study with the West Virginia Innocence Project.
