Justin M. Harrison is a Member of the Firm practicing with the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the Charleston, West Virginia, office. He focuses his practice on employment litigation, including discrimination and retaliation claims, as well as human resources counseling, wage and hour claims, and traditional labor law.

Mr. Harrison represents clients in the banking, energy, healthcare and manufacturing sectors. He assists clients during union-organizing campaigns, contract negotiations, the grievance and arbitration process. Mr. Harrison frequently provides training to clients to help avoid potential litigation.

Mr. Harrison graduated from West Virginia University with both a Bachelor of Arts (1997) degree and a Master of Arts (1999) degree in political science. He then earned his Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law in 2002.
