Mr. LaCagnin received his Bachelor of Science in journalism degree in 1975 from West Virginia University. He thereafter attended the West Virginia University College of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board, named to the Order of the Barristers and was a finalist in the prestigious "Baker's Cup" competition.
