Arthur Wolfson is a Member in the Firm's Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, office practicing in the Occupational Safety and Health Practice Group.

Mr. Wolfson's practice focuses on representation of mining and industrial clients with compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements. He frequently litigates before administrative tribunals, such as the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission and Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission. A substantial portion of Mr. Wolfson's practice involves compliance counseling and training. Mr. Wolfson has also participated in fatal and non-fatal accident investigations, from on-site counseling during the accident's aftermath through litigation of resulting enforcement actions.

Mr. Wolfson is a 2005 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. During law school, he served as a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant, published two articles and was a member of the Law Review. He also received the Faculty Award for Excellence in Legal Scholarship. Mr. Wolfson completed his undergraduate studies at the College of William & Mary, earning a Bachelor of Arts in history in 1999.

Prior to entering law school, Mr. Wolfson worked as a teacher in the New Orleans Public Schools, as a member of Teach for America. He taught seventh and eighth grade math and history and coached football, basketball and track from 1999-2002.
