Robert E. Glenn, IV, has more than 20 years of experience in the practice of real estate law. His areas of concentration include real estate finance, involving construction, interim and permanent financing on all types of commercial real estate projects locally, regionally and nationally; the purchase and sale of commercial real estate; commercial leasing; real estate construction/development issues; letters of intent; opinion letters; ground leasing; and secured creditor bankruptcy matters. Mr. Glenn's clients include local and national real estate owners, developers and investors, life insurance companies and other financial institutions. He also has substantial experience with workouts, foreclosures and related litigation, and he has lectured on the subject.

Mr. Glenn received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from The George Washington University.  He received his Juris Doctor from Washington College of Law, American University.
