Ryan E. Voelker is an associate in the Firm's Industrial, Environmental and Complex Litigation Practice Group where he focuses on deliberate intent litigation, workplace safety and labor and employment issues. Mr. Voelker represents companies in various industries and handles a vast array of civil litigation matters, including workplace accidents, premises liability and other matters relating to workplace safety compliance. Mr. Voelker has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout West Virginia, including matters of first impression before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia. 

Mr. Voelker graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2009. Prior to entering law school, he served as a Team Leader in the United States Army's 75th Ranger Regiment. As an Army Ranger, he participated in four combat deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq, including a night parachute assault behind enemy lines in the waking moments of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Mr. Voelker earned several decorations for outstanding service, including a Purple Heart.
