Dale H. Harrison is an associate in the Commercial Law Practice Group of the Firm's Morgantown, West Virginia, office. Mr. Harrison focuses in the areas of oil and gas and real estate, and he handles the following matters concerning mineral transactions and acquisitions:  coordinating and performing due diligence; conducting title examinations; drafting title opinions; providing defect curative analysis and recommendations; and drafting division order title opinions (DOTO). Mr. Harrison also represents clients in litigation proceedings involving title and leasing disputes, as well as representing clients in partition actions and unknown and missing heir petitions.

Mr. Harrison received his Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law in 2011 and has a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Shepherd University. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Harrison worked at Prudential Financial where he administered term, whole life and investment insurance policies, and provided consultation to agents nationwide regarding those policies.
