John M. Huff is an associate in Jackson Kelly's Charleston, West Virginia, office where he practices in the Firm's Health Care and Finance Practice Group. Mr. Huff concentrates his practice in the areas of general, medical and healthcare litigation. A substantial part of his practice involves the defense of doctors, nurses, hospitals and other healthcare providers in actions brought under the West Virginia Medical Professional Liability Act (MPLA).

Mr. Huff received his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Marshall University, where he graduated cum laude. He also received a Master of Arts in secondary education from Marshall University and earned his Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law.

In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Huff is a First Degree Black Belt in the American Taekwondo Association, an avid runner and a youth sports coach.
