Ross T. Yates is an associate in Jackson Kelly’s Evansville, Indiana, office where he practices in the Transactional and the Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. He is also a part of the Health Care & Finance Industry Group.

Mr. Yates earned a Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he completed a Graduate Certificate in Health Law at the William and Christine Hall Center for Law and Health. As a law student, Mr. Yates was a Fellow in the Dean’s Tutorial Society, a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, and a Research Assistant for Constitutional Scholar, Professor Gerard Magliocca. In addition, Mr. Yates served as a Law Clerk for Indiana Governor Mike Pence and for United States Congressman Luke Messer.

Prior to law school, Mr. Yates earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia.

Mr. Yates is a member of the Evansville Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the American Health Lawyers Association.
