Rebecca G. Morton is an associate in the Tax Practice Group in the Firm's Morgantown, West Virginia, office. Ms. Morton is experienced in estate planning, estate administration and tax planning. She has also counseled private charitable foundations on administration, grantmaking and tax compliance.

Ms. Morton earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Davidson College in 2009. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2014. While in law school, she was a Staff Editor and the Chief Notes Editor of the Washington University Law Review
