Evan R. Kime is Counsel practicing with the Litigation Practice Group in the Firm's Charleston, West Virginia, office. He focuses his practice on labor and employment law, business litigation, insurance "bad faith" defense, mass and toxic torts, products liability and deliberate intent/employer liability.

Mr. Kime defends companies in civil litigation, with a strong emphasis on matters involving scientific methods, technology, electronic discovery and data privacy and security. He has represented several Fortune 100 companies in the insurance, manufacturing, petro-chemical and agro-chemical industries.

Mr. Kime is a cum laude graduate of Alderson Broaddus University receiving a Bachelor of Science in computer science in 1999. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2006 from the West Virginia University College of Law.
