Neil C. Brown is an associate practicing with the Transactional Practice Group in the Charleston, West Virginia, office.

Mr. Brown received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in legal studies from University of Pittsburgh in 2013. He first attended The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law in 2017. While in law school, Mr. Brown interned for the Hon. Judge William Amesbury of the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. He then interned with the West Virginia Health Care Authority, State Privacy Office, where he developed an interactive web-based auditing program to help state agencies adhere to federal and state compliance requirements. Immediately prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Brown worked as a legal intern at the West Virginia University Office of Information Technology Services where he provided guidance regarding data privacy, information security, and health care compliance.
