Seth B. Zirkle* is an associate practicing with the Transactional Practice Group in the Firm's Evansville, Indiana, office, where he focuses on real estate and business transactions, as well as all facets of survey, land use and title matters. Mr. Zirkle has broad experience in representing a wide range of clients in all areas related to the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of property and various business interests. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Zirkle was an associate with the Nashville, Tennessee, office of Reno & Cavanaugh, PLLC, and the Annapolis, Maryland, firm of Hyatt & Weber, P.A., where his practice focused on commercial and land use matters.

Mr. Zirkle's selected recent transactions include representation of a developer in its acquisition, financing and development of a 267-unit multifamily project on a 16-acre site in Nashville, Tennessee; representation of a developer in its acquisition of diverse commercial and residential properties in downtown Baltimore, Maryland, in connection with its development of a mixed-use project; representation of a commercial real estate client in its sale of a $22MM Class A facility in Northern Virginia; and, representation of a renewable energy client in its closing on the ground lease of a 56-acre site in Prince George's County, Maryland, in connection with the installation and operation of a solar power generation facility.

Mr. Zirkle received his law degree, Honors in Health Law, from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Wabash College, where he was named a Mills Fellow in Religion by the College.
