Jill E. Hall is a Member practicing with the Labor and Employment and General Litigation Practice Groups in the Firm's Charleston, West Virginia, office. Her practice focuses on employment law and employee benefits, ERISA and ERISA litigation. Additionally, Ms. Hall has significant experience advising employers, insurers and third-party administrators on the requirements of the Affordable Care Act.

Ms. Hall routinely advises clients on human resources matters and on the requirements of ERISA, providing representation from the pre-suit administrative process to appeals in state and federal courts. She also advises clients on issues related to the administration of health and other welfare plans. In addition, Ms. Hall is experienced in subrogation and reimbursement rights under health plans.

Ms. Hall earned a Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law in 2001. She graduated summa cum laude from Bethany College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1998.
