Gregg Bernaciak will be speaking at the upcoming Council of Development Agencies’ (CDFA) highly acclaimed Intro Bond Finance WebCourse on February 27. Participating on a panel, his presentation is titled “Closing the Deal”. Case study examples of deals will be presented, as well as lessons learned, potential continuing disclosure requirements, and last-minute problem solving techniques.
The Intro Bond Finance WebCourse will take place on the web through GoToWebinar, an online distance learning software. Participants must have access to a computer and phone to attend the WebCourse. This course qualifies for the CDFA Training Institute’s Development Finance Certified Professional (DFCP) Program.
