Separately, JK Employment and Labor Law Co-Chair Mark Dellinger recently published “An Early Look at Federal Labor and Employment Law Developments in 2019,” which is available here on JK’s Labor and Employment Blog.  Topics discussed include the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL)’s widely anticipated updated “white collar” overtime rule, which reportedly was forwarded to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review this past week, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)’s pending final guidance on workplace sexual harassment and an anticipated new proposal on how to conduct workplace wellness programs without being sued, the NLRB’s ongoing and anticipated rulemakings and plans to speed up the agency’s handling of unfair labor practice charges, and several pending Supreme Court cases.
