Jackson Kelly PLLC Names Attorneys to 2022 LCLD Diversity Fellows & Pathfinders Programs

Jackson Kelly has chosen Alaina Crislip and Trinity Gray to be members of the 2022 Fellows and Pathfinders programs, participating in landmark programs created by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession.

“This is a singular honor for Alaina and Trinity,” said Ellen Cappellanti, Managing Member. “They join a select group of experienced attorneys from diverse backgrounds who have been recognized for their potential as leaders in their organizations.”

Crislip is a Member in the Firm’s Charleston, West Virginia Office, where she practices with the health care industry group. Alaina has most recently spoken nationally on pay for performance, compliance due diligence, and general counsel contracting topics. She has served in a leadership role within the American Health Lawyers Association and is also an active member of the Health Care Compliance Association. She is a graduate of the West Virginia University School of Law.

Gray is an associate also based in the firm’s Charleston, West Virginia office, where she practices in the banking and financial services industry groups. Although Trinity's practice focuses on tax, she is also well versed in trust and estates, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and business law. She is also a graduate of the West Virginia University School of Law.
