Danielle M. Waltz Appointed Vice Chair of the DRI Construction Law Committee

Jackson Kelly PLLC attorney Danielle M. Waltz was recently appointed Vice Chair to the Defense Research Institute (DRI) Construction Law Committee.
DRI is the leading organization of defense attorneys and in-house counsel that provides access to resources and tools for attorneys. DRI strives to serve the defense bar with a focus on education, justice, balance, economics, professionalism and service. The Construction Law Committee covers several key areas, including construction defect, construction insurance coverage, construction worksite safety, contract and delay claims, and design professionals.
Waltz is a Member in the Business Law and Government Relations Practice Groups in the Firm's Charleston office. She has wide legal experience, including litigating commercial banking cases and handling complex multi-party construction matters. Waltz also has extensive experience in government relations for a wide array of local, state and national business clients.
Danielle has published and lectured on construction matters, including authoring the West Virginia portion of the 2009 Defense Research Institute Desk Reference. She is extensively involved in the Defense Research Institute Construction Law Group, holding several leadership positions through the years, including National Seminar Chair.
