Former Jackson Kelly Attorney Named as U.S. Bankruptcy Judge

Jackson Kelly PLLC wishes to congratulate Mary Beth Naumann on being appointed as a United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of Kentucky.

The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals selected Mary Beth to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of United States Bankruptcy Judge Alan Stout, and she was sworn in on November 5, 2025. We wish her continued success as she begins this next chapter of service to the law and her community.

Mary Beth practiced law at Jackson Kelly for 25 years, starting in 2000, where she was a Member in the Firm's Lexington, KY office, focusing on bankruptcy, commercial restructuring, commercial litigation, energy transactions, and equine law.
