Jackson Kelly Attorney Presented on OSHA/MSHA Enforcement

Laura E. Beverage, a member in Jackson Kelly’s Safety and Health Practice Group in the Firm’s Denver office, presented “Overview of OSHA/MSHA Enforcement Initiatives, New Cases, and the Regulatory Landscape” at the 2016 CRMCA and CSSGA Annual Conference. Co-hosted by the Colorado Ready Mixed Concrete Association (CRMCA) and Colorado Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (CSSGA), the conference was held at The Broadmoor Hotel, Colorado Springs, CO on November 17-18, 2016. The Firm was a Bronze Sponsor.  The annual event was well attended by all of the major stone, sand and gravel mines and cement producers in Colorado.
