Jackson Kelly Attorney to Present on Crisis Management

Kristin White, a Member in Jackson Kelly’s Safety and Health Practice Group and manager of the Firm’s Denver office, will present “Crisis Management: The Roles and Responsibilities of an Employer After a Workplace Accident” on Wednesday, May 11, 2016. This presentation is part of the Mountain & Plains Education and Research Center’s (MAP ERC) continuing education programming. During her presentation, White will walk attendees through the steps of an emergency response plan, including agency reporting, scene and document preservation, family assistance, conducting the internal investigation and media coverage. Safety professionals will leave the presentation knowing the top ten things to do as soon as a crisis hits. White focuses her practice on occupational safety and health and employment law; counsels and defends clients in regulatory workplace safety matters; and regularly acts as crisis management counsel for employers in all industry sectors.
