Former Bank President Adds Depth to Banking & Finance Practice

Jackson Kelly PLLC is pleased to announce that Mark A. Mangano has joined the firm’s Morgantown office. The addition of Mangano marks the continued expansion of the firm’s services to clients in northern West Virginia.
Mangano most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Northern Hancock Bank & Trust, in Newell, West Virginia.
“We are excited to welcome Mark and we look forward to him helping us further enhance the firm’s Banking & Finance practice,” said firm Managing Member Ellen S. Cappellanti. “His return to our firm will help Jackson Kelly continually address the needs of our clients.”
Mangano brings over 25 years of experience in the areas of community banking and financial services. In addition, he has experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, commercial lending and business process development. Mangano also served as a Board Director for Community Bankers of West Virginia and as Board Chairman and Executive Committee member of West Virginia Bankers Title, LLC.
Among Mangano’s other community involvements, he serves as Commissioner of Volunteer West Virginia, The State’s Commission for National and Community Service (Charleston, West Virginia), Board Director at East Liverpool City Hospital (East Liverpool, Ohio), Board Director of East Liverpool YMCA (East Liverpool, Ohio), and member of Rotary Club of East Liverpool (East Liverpool, Ohio). He is also a board member of Phi Sigma Kappa Chapter House Association (Morgantown, West Virginia).
Mangano received a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from West Virginia University. He continued at West Virginia University College of Law, earning a Juris Doctor.
