Jay Ingle to Participate in Panel Discussion at Bluegrass SHRM Annual Legal Update February 12

Jay Ingle will be participating on a panel at the upcoming Bluegrass SHRM Annual Legal Update on February 12, 2019. The moderated panel will discuss how to handle allergies in the workplace, including what to do when an employee asks for a “fragrance free” work environment. Also to be addressed are issues that arise with pregnant employees such as when they cannot perform certain duties during their pregnancy and how to comply with the requirement of a lactation space when they return to work. Rounding out the panel discussion will be how to deal with gender identity issues in the workplace and the residual effects of the #MeToo Movement and how to move forward post #MeToo.
