Waltz Presents to American Institute of Architects-West Virginia

On January 23, 2015, Jackson Kelly attorney Danielle M. Waltz spoke to the membership of the West Virginia Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. She discussed design defect law and provided a legislative update on construction issues. Ms. Waltz is a member of the Firm’s Commercial Law and Regulatory Affairs practice groups. In 2014, she was a member of the National Steering Committee of the Defense Research Institute’s (DRI) Construction Law Group and National Seminar Chair.  Waltz is a frequent lecturer on construction matters and authored the 2009 DRI Desk Reference on West Virginia.
