Spencer W. Tanner is an Associate in the Business Law industry group, focusing primarily on bankruptcy and commercial litigation. He practices out of the Firm’s office in Evansville, Indiana.
Whether he’s drafting a brief or memorandum, or developing creative strategies to handle motion practice and litigation, Spencer is committed to providing the best legal representation and counsel for his clients. He enjoys solving client problems by assessing the law, analyzing legal strategy, and working toward potential solutions.
Spencer gained invaluable legal experience while serving as a former Deputy Attorney General for the state of Indiana. He is an experienced litigator, having appeared before Indiana state courts and federal bankruptcy courts. He received his law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2014 and his Bachelor of Arts degrees in political science and history from the Indiana University in 2010.
