She is a trusted advisor on health information technology, HIPAA, 340B, compliance structure and governance, behavioral health services, certificate of need, provider-based clinics, fraud and abuse, and clinical research.
Recognizing that there is a myriad of federal and state regulatory agencies that health providers may be subject to, Alaina’s goal is to deliver clear, concise, no-nonsense advice to her clients. She is passionate about breaking down silos within health care organizations to promote access to safe, high-quality health care.
Alaina has most recently spoken nationally on pay for performance, compliance due diligence, and general counsel contracting topics. She has served in a leadership role within the American Health Lawyers Association and is also an active member of the Health Care Compliance Association.
