Tony brings a unique skill set to the firm’s clients. Having worked for large oil and gas corporations in-house, as an independent Landman, and as an Attorney, Tony understands the challenges that energy companies encounter from multiple perspectives. Whether it is negotiating various agreements, drafting title opinions, or performing due diligence and curative tasks, Tony’s experience throughout the Appalachian Basin helps the firm’s clients accomplish their goals.

In addition to his Energy experience, Tony continues his focus on property and contract law by working on Economic Development and Real Estate matters.  Through completing complex commercial transactions, finalizing the details for title and title insurance, or assisting local governments and small businesses with the needs of the day, Tony likes to get things done.  Regardless of the size and scope of the assignment, though, clients enjoy Tony’s attention to detail, his friendly attitude, and his ability to advance transactions across the finish line on time.

When he is not working, Tony spends most of his time with his wife and two sons.  On occasion, when he is blessed with some free time, Tony enjoys attending concerts, golfing and cooking Italian food.  And although Tony has served in many roles over the years, including Landman, Coach, Drummer, Caddie, Staff Sergeant, and now Lawyer, his favorite title is Dad.
