Cameron Kiner is an Associate with the Litigation Practice group, focusing primarily on general litigation. He practices out of the Firm's office in Charleston, West Virginia.
Cameron's no-nonsense approach to the law is a quality few young attorneys own. Whether it is drafting and researching, preparing for cases in federal and state courts, or working with other attorneys to help assist clients, he does not waste time addressing his clients' needs.
Cameron's hard work has already paid off. In law school he was named to the Order of the Coif and received American Bar Association/Bloomberg BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law.
During his time at West Virginia University, Cameron was a member of the Mountaineer Marching Band, a member of the Law Review, a member of the United States Supreme Court Clinic, and a research assistant to professors, both editing and co-authoring articles.
Away from his practice, he enjoys walking dogs at the local animal shelter and spending time with his fiancé, Ireland, and cat, Murphy.
