Curtis C. "Curt" Wadsworth is Counsel practicing with the Tech & Data, Intellectual Property & Licensing, and Business Law practice groups, focusing primarily on patent law, intellectual property, biotechnology, and corporate consultation. He practices out of the Firm's office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Curt has extensive experience in developing and implementing IP strategies for a range of clients in various technology areas, ranging from biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and material science to computer-related inventions and artificial intelligence. He has handled all aspects of patent drafting, patent and trademark prosecution, and third-party due diligence, and carried out appeals and inter partes review before the USPTO Patent Trial and Appeal Board. In addition, he has provided technical litigation support for patent infringement suits and defenses and routinely produces high-quality freedom-to-operate and invalidity opinions for companies facing potential litigation.
He is the Founder and CEO of Three10 Solutions, Inc. (DorothyAI), which is developing a platform that brings control of the patent search back to attorneys and inventors while reducing associated costs.
Curt earned his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law. He also holds a Ph.D. in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology from the University of Pittsburgh. He graduated magna cum laude from Bethany College with a Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences.
