Bio
Diana’s practice centers on workers’ compensation defense. She is dedicated to her practice – taking the time to sit down with her clients and listen to their needs, in order to help them resolve the problems associated with their individual cases. This process helps her clients work out the larger issues that impact their businesses as they relate to workers’ compensation.
Her experience and reputation in the workers’ compensation field is well regarded. In 2023 she was named the Indiana State Information Partner for WorkCompCollege.com. She has also been named in The Best Lawyers in America©, is AV Preeminent rated, has been named an Indiana Super Lawyer®, and was named 2014 Lawyer of the Year for Workers’ Compensation Law in the Indianapolis Metro Area. For all these reasons and more, Diana is a valued member of the Jackson Kelly team.
Outside the office, she loves to cook and enjoys sitting down with a good book, preferably about western U.S. history. Diana is also a self-described foodie who is always on the lookout for her next fabulous meal.
