James Baker is an Associate in the Litigation practice group, focusing primarily on general litigation. He practices out of the Firm's office in Evansville, Indiana.
James brings his experience in litigation, research, drafting motions and pleadings to Jackson Kelly’s clients. His ability to capitalize on his time as a judicial extern, legal intern for a public service organization, and law school provided him with the necessary tools to aid in the work required. His variety of experience also includes time as a research assistant, working on matters related to product liability, business land development, employment immigration, and regulatory compliance.
In his free time, James enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, playing tennis, and watching baseball.
