Joseph "Joe" Johns is Counsel in the Transactional Practice Group, focusing primarily on Business Law. He practices out of the Firm's office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Joseph is a well-versed attorney with almost ten years of legal experience in transactional matters. His wide variety of experience stretches across areas of real estate, bankruptcy, business law, research, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and more. It is this vast field of transactional work that his clients take comfort in, knowing he can handle from the beginning to the end of a deal. While his focus at Jackson Kelly is on business law, he brings litigation knowledge and experience to the Firm and its clients as well.
His work as an attorney has not gone unnoticed, having been named by his peers as a Best Lawyers in America, "Ones to Watch," for the past four years.
When not working hard for the Firm's clients, Joseph enjoys playing soccer, squash, golf, and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
