• Counsel to multiple physician practices (including gastroenterology, cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, OB/GYN, orthopaedic surgery, ophthalmology, optometry, emergency medicine, colorectal surgery, general surgery, radiology, anesthesiology, dermatology, pain medicine, family practice/internal medicine, hospitalist, neurosurgery, psychiatry, nephrology, urology, pathology, radiation therapy and oncology) regarding full range of health care issues
• Counsel to multiple physician practices in sales to, and joint ventures and other affiliations with, hospitals
• Counsel to multiple physician practices in acquisitions of other physician practices
• Counsel to multiple ASCs regarding issues including formation, licensure, payor contracting, physician buy-ins and buy-outs, and sales to third parties
• Counsel to approximately 50 physicians in divestiture of physicians from hospital system
• Counsel to physician entities which have ownership in specialty hospitals
• Counsel to start-up entity in medical research software industry

Non-Health Care:

• Counsel to multiple clients involving sales/acquisitions of businesses in various industries (including credit card processing, metal fabrication, funeral homes, recreational vehicles, construction, insurance, software, manufacturing, communications and service industries)
• Counsel to large recreational vehicle business regarding full range of business issues
• Counsel to large broadcast solutions company regarding full range of business issues
