Ryan K. Parker is Counsel practicing in the Business Law practice group, focusing primarily on business and real estate matters. He practices out of the Firm’s office in Evansville, Indiana.
Ryan counsels clients in aspects of business law, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, entity formation, enterprise risk and insurance procurement, litigation management, corporate governance, and other areas of general business counsel. He maintains a focus in both Indiana and Florida law, providing the ability to assist firm clients with Florida based interests.
Ryan has extensive experience representing parties in the purchase and/or sale of commercial real estate, the purchase and sale of businesses, and reviewing, negotiating, and drafting of the related commercial contracts, leases, and agreements. Having practiced in both business and legal capacities during his career, Ryan utilizes his years of experience as an in-house general counsel to provide practical and effective legal solutions to all sizes of business clients. He has also acted as fiduciary, closing agent, and escrow agent in multiple types of real estate and business sale closing activities.
Ryan earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law and maintains an active Bar licenses with states of Indiana and Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, magna cum laude, in finance and economics from University of Evansville.
When not practicing law, Ryan enjoys sailing, golfing, scuba diving, and marksmanship. He is also a musician and singer and a die-hard Florida State University football fan. He and his wife, Leeann, have been married for 26 years so his singing must be pretty good.
