Stephanie Weber is an Associate with the Business Law Practice group. She practices out of the Firm’s office in Morgantown, West Virginia. 

Stephanie’s keen attention to detail and ability to guide her clients through every transaction and matter are what set her apart as an attorney. Her legal experience includes: representing buyers and sellers in deals averaging seven-figures in mergers, acquisitions, and changes of control throughout various industries, including health care and manufacturing; drafting corporate governance documents, including articles, bylaws, operating agreements, and resolutions for both non-profit and for-profit entities; and performing extensive legal research and drafting applicable memoranda and filings for clients in areas including taxation, business, complex health care rules and regulations, and much more.

Stephanie graduated from law school in the top 10% of her class. During law school, she served as a class representative on the ethics council, worked as an Associate Editor and the Executive Publications Editor of the West Virginia Law Review, and was twice a Summer Associate at Jackson Kelly.

When not digging into legal work, she loves baking, spoiling her two cats, traveling with her family, watching documentaries, playing piano, and enjoying walks on the many beautiful paths of Morgantown.
