Steven M. Condaras is a Member in the Banking and Energy industry groups, focusing primarily on real estate and housing and community development. He practices out of the Firm’s office in Charleston, West Virginia.
Steve regularly assists clients on a wide variety of commercial and real estate transactions, including financings, leasings, mineral and commercial property acquisitions, title insurance, and on real estate development projects, such as condominiums and planned community regimes. Steve also represents and advises clients in general property matters and contract disputes.
Steve was surprised to discover the part he enjoys most about his practice is conducting title examinations, which have taken him to almost every county in the state of West Virginia. Traveling to remote county courthouses in search of these titles, he compares his work to piecing together a puzzle. He’s a natural problem solver, and someone who genuinely enjoys the details of his work.
When the weather permits, Steve spends his free time outdoors and on the golf course relaxing and teeing off with friends. At times, trying to perfect his golf game has proven even more challenging than his legal work, but is admittedly more fun.
Serving on the Parish Council at St. John Greek Orthodox Church, Steve takes pride in his community involvement. He also is a current member and former president of the board of directors for the Capitol Market. Steve is thoroughly ingrained in Charleston life, whether he’s serving his community or his clients.
