Whytni M. Cline is an Associate in the Business Law and Transactional practice groups, focusing primarily on bankruptcy and public finance. She practices out of the Firm's office in Charleston, West Virginia.
Whytni has a well-rounded practice, but primarily focuses her practice on public financings and bankruptcy matters. She has worked on issues related to tax-exempt and taxable municipal bonds, along with related governmental financings, legislative services, and governmental agency representation. Whytni works on financing and development of infrastructure projects with an emphasis in water, wastewater, highways, and public facilities. Whytni also has commercial litigation experience in the bankruptcy court, where she has represented bankruptcy creditors, Trustees, and other parties in interest in Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
Whytni's love for learning is the key to her success. She graduated summa cum laude from Concord University with a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a double emphasis in finance and management. She then earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from University of Kentucky College of Law.
Born in Texas, Whytni spends her spare time with her husband and young daughter and enjoys playing volleyball, cooking, reading, and traveling in her spare time.
