William E. Cartwright is an Associate in the Financial Services industry group, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions. He practices out of the Firm’s office in Evansville, Indiana.
William is a dedicated member of the Jackson Kelly team focusing on mergers, acquisitions, commercial real estate, title insurance, and business formations. He enjoys the daily challenges associated with working through his corporate clients' concerns and developing solutions that work in the real world. He can make each client feel like his only client thanks to his keen ability to multitask.
William is no stranger to hard work and is used to juggling many activities at once. A dedicated student, he graduated summa cum laude from Murray State University, where he was a member of the university’s varsity baseball team. He later on attended the University of Kentucky College of Law and was involved in numerous student activities including serving as Vice-President of the Equine Law Society and being a member of the Moot Court Board. William is a very active in the Evansville community where he serves on the Board of Directors for both the Evansville Bar Association and the Koch Family Children’s Museum of Evansville (cMoe).
In his free time, William loves to travel and play golf and is happiest when he can combine both of these activities with his wife, son, and black lab, whether it’s visiting family in Mississippi or Kentucky.
