This individual will serve as a knowledge resource to attorneys with regard to medical topics and will have a strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, medications, pathologies, anatomy and physiology. Ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong prioritization and organizational skills, and will be able to handle competing priorities and high pressure situations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is strongly preferred. Paralegal or legal experience preferred. RN license is required. Must have knowledge and experience in software applications including Microsoft 2010 Word and Excel.

Jackson Kelly PLLC is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant for its Charleston, West Virginia office. This position is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative legal support to attorneys and paralegals within the Firm.
